Ran errands today
So far so normal, you're thinking; isn't that what just about everybody does? Aye, they do; however in my case my balance is so badly shot that I need to walk using sticks to keep myself upright. This, along with an inability to carry much, gives you an idea of how difficult it is.
On top of this is the fact I've done something to my lower back that means it hurts every time I'm not super careful about how I move and hold my body. Yippee.
Still. I managed to make my purchases at the pharmacy, and get my business done at the post office, without seeming to damage myself any further. Which is more than I thought I'd manage when faced with having to leave the house today. Maybe things are on the up?
